Getting Started

How do I create my online school?: Simply click "Get Started" and follow our quick setup wizard. You'll have your school ready in under 5 minutes with a custom subdomain, basic branding, and your first course structure.
Do I need technical skills to use the platform?: Not at all! Our platform is designed for course creators, not developers. Everything is drag-and-drop, and you can create beautiful courses without writing a single line of code.
Can I import my existing courses?: Yes! We support SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages, so you can import courses from other platforms. We also have a direct import tool for LearnWorlds if you're migrating from there.

Is there a free plan?: Yes! Our Free plan lets you get started with up to 10 users and 3 courses. It's perfect for testing the platform or running a small learning community.
Can I change plans at any time?: Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processing. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?: Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free compared to monthly billing. That's a 17% discount on all our plans.

What content types can I create?: We support video lessons, text content, quizzes, assignments, SCORM packages, downloads, embedded content, audio, PDFs, interactive videos, live sessions, and more.
Can I sell courses?: Yes! You can set prices for individual courses or create bundles. We integrate with Stripe for secure payment processing, and you can create coupon codes for promotions.
Do you support certificates?: Yes! You can create beautiful certificates with our template designer. Certificates can be automatically issued upon course completion or manually approved by instructors.
Can I use my own domain?: Yes, on our paid plans. You can connect your custom domain (like learn.yourcompany.com) with full SSL certificate support.
Is there an API?: Yes! Our Professional and Enterprise plans include full REST API access for integrations with your existing systems, LTI support, and webhooks for real-time events.

How do I manage user access?: You can manually enroll users, let them self-enroll (with or without payment), use bulk enrollment for groups, or integrate with your HR system via SSO.
Do you support Single Sign-On (SSO)?: Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans support SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 SSO integration with providers like Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and more.
Can I create user groups?: Yes! You can organize users into groups for easier management, bulk enrollments, and reporting. Groups can represent departments, cohorts, or any organizational structure.

What analytics are available?: You get detailed insights into course progress, completion rates, quiz scores, user engagement, revenue metrics, and more. Export reports to CSV or schedule automated reports.
Can I track learner progress?: Yes! Track progress at the course, section, and lesson level. See time spent, completion status, quiz attempts, and assessment scores for each learner.
Do you support xAPI/Tin Can?: Yes! We send learning data as xAPI statements to any Learning Record Store (LRS), giving you detailed analytics and enabling connections with other learning tools.

What support is included?: All plans include email support and access to our knowledge base. Professional plans add priority support, and Enterprise plans include dedicated account management and phone support.
Do you offer onboarding help?: Yes! We provide setup guides and video tutorials for all users. Professional and Enterprise customers also get personalized onboarding sessions with our success team.
Is there a community?: Yes! Join our community of course creators to share tips, ask questions, and learn from others. We also host regular webinars and office hours.
